Job Description

Advanced Home Services is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to oversee our HVAC installation team. This role is critical in ensuring our customers receive top-quality service and support from the moment they schedule an installation to the final inspection. The Installation Manager will be responsible for managing personnel, coordinating installation schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the HVAC installation team, providing guidance and support.
- Schedule and coordinate installation projects to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor installation quality and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the installation team to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address customer concerns and feedback effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of installations and team performance.

Qualifications
